Gayle Johnson is an organizational leadership coach, trainer, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience leading nonprofit organizations, developing leaders, and helping professionals navigate complex workplace challenges.

An honored alumna of Spelman College, Gayle also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington and completed advanced studies in Transformational Leadership at Seattle University. She is also an internationally recognized member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

After experiencing severe burnout that forced her to step away and reevaluate her own life, Gayle discovered a renewed purpose: helping others lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention. That personal transformation became the foundation of her coaching philosophy.

Today, Gayle works with executives, managers, business owners, and emerging leaders to strengthen communication, navigate difficult decisions, build resilient teams, and create healthier, more effective leadership practices. Her coaching blends practical strategy with genuine support, giving clients actionable solutions they can immediately put into practice.

Based in the Greater Atlanta area, Gayle continues to empower individuals and organizations to lead with confidence, purpose, and lasting impact.
